December 4, 2019 at the headquarters of the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy in Warsaw, the first of a series of YOUTH IMPACT project meetings was held. It was attended by representatives of organizations that run projects to support youth employment and entrepreneurship.
During the meeting, FRDL representatives dr Sławomir Nałęcz and Ewa Pintera described to the participants main objectives of the YOUTH IMPACT project, as well as explained how their organizations can get support in the field of evaluation. During the second part of the meeting, a discussion was held on the essence and benefits of a well-conducted evaluation and how it can help managers to improve the functioning of the organization. Participants presented the profile of their organizations and discussed the difficulties associated with the implementation of evaluation tasks.
In the first months of 2020, FRDL will hold more meetings with organizations, which will help in designing the employment evaluation toolbox (WP4).
