Last week, Fundacja Rozwoju Demokracji Lokalnej conducted 3rd part of an online workshop “Designing evaluation of your own project”!
During earlier workshops the representatives of the organisations participating in the project were developing general evaluation skills and knowledge on how to adjust evaluation schemes to their needs. This time the workshops concentrated on impact evaluation – theory of change, experimental and quasi-experimental methods, how to use them, and how to involve them in the management of the project.
The meetings will lead to the development of evaluation tools that will be then published in our online tool-box. The ultimate goal of the Youth Impact project is to provide tools and services improving evaluation capacities of organisations supporting employment of young people in Poland.
The workshop is just one of diverse activities within our international partnership supported by EEA and Norway grants.
